She ensure that all employment relations run smoothly for the company to achieve its organizational goals & also responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and assessing employees within the company.

She overlook overall management of all Human Resources functions and duties, including overseeing personnel policies, hiring processes, compliance audits and updates, benefits administration, disciplinary processes, grievance resolution, salary administration. She overlook administrative and logistical support to organizational programming and events.
